Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Overview

Easy Notifier is designed to deliver app notifications and display event content to selected devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Easy Notifier, how that information is used, and the choices available to users and operators.

Information We Process

Easy Notifier may process device registration information and event-related data required to deliver notifications and display event inbox content.

This may include:

  • push notification token
  • `identifierForVendor`
  • hardware identifier
  • system version
  • event title, subtitle, message, and importance state
  • request metadata such as request path, status, timing, and, in administrative views, request or response payloads used for debugging

How We Use Information

We use the processed information to:

  • register devices so they can receive notifications
  • target events to the intended devices
  • send push notifications through Apple Push Notification service
  • display event inbox content and event state such as read or important markers
  • monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and review request history in local administrative tools

Push Notifications

When push notifications are enabled, device tokens and related device metadata may be used to deliver notifications through APNs. Notification content may include the event title and message body submitted to Easy Notifier.

Data Storage

In the current implementation, Easy Notifier stores event records, registered devices, push delivery records, and certain request history in a local SQLite database controlled by the operator of the service.

Data retention and access are therefore determined by the operator’s environment, deployment practices, and administrative controls.

Sharing of Information

Easy Notifier does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to provide core functionality, including transmission to Apple for notification delivery through APNs, or where required by law.

Security

Reasonable technical measures should be used by the operator to protect stored event data, device registration data, credentials, and administrative interfaces. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Easy Notifier is not intended for use by children under 13, and it is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

Users may stop receiving notifications by disabling notifications on their device or by requesting that the operator remove or update their device registration. Operators may also remove event and device records from the service datastore.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
